The Robbins Trail and Old Reading Line Trail at the Hess Recreation Area is a beautiful place that Danville area residents have enjoyed since the 1890s.
Originally created as part of our Earth Day celebration, the Robbins Run 5k & 10k Trail Races happen on tree-lined trails paralleling Mahoning Creek.
Run on arguably the oldest rail-to-trail in the United States, this is a run to remember. The courses are run mainly on the Old Reading Line Trail and Robbins Trail – both rails-to-trails.
The 10k will consist of two laps of the 5k course.
