Please join DeKalb County District Attorney Sherry Boston on February 25, 2017, for the second annual Love Run 5K in commemoration of Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month. All proceeds will benefit the advocacy and prevention programs of the Women’s Resource Center to End Domestic Violence.
Event details and scheduleThe Love Run will follow a fast course in Downtown Decatur.
Awards will be presented for Overall Male/ Female, and in age groups 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60-69, and 70 and up.
T-shirts guaranteed to all runners who register by February 19th.
Food will be offered by local sponsors at the finish. Strollers are permitted in this event.
Dogs will not be allowed to participate.
Start time is 8:30am Packet pickup Numbers and shirts will be available from 12:00 p.m.
to 8:00 p.m.
on Friday, February 24th at Big Peach Running Company, 114 East Trinity Place, Decatur.
Packets will be available from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m.
the morning of the race on The Square at 556 North McDonough Street.
Same day registration will be available, but t-shirts will only be guaranteed to preregistered runners.
