Detailed information on Metro Deaf School PTG SuperHero 5k

DATE: Sun 10/02/2016
LOCATION: Como Park Lake Path DISTANCES: TIME:

Metro Deaf School is a bilingual Charter school offering students who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing instruction in ASL and English in written form.
We serve students from school districts all across the Twin Cities area and even some students from Wisconsin.
The Parent Teacher Group is hosting this 5K to raise money to support the needs of the students, families, and staff at MDS.
We would love for our community to learn more about our school and what we have to offer Deaf and Hard of Hearing students! Event details and scheduleOn site registration will begin at 8:30 with the Run/Walk beginning at 9:00.
The deadline to register and be guaranteed t-shirts ended on September 23rd.
Online registrants who registered on or before that can check in and pick up their t-shirts at a separate table marked "online registrant check-in" beginning at 8:30 as well.
We will have a limited number of t-shirts at the event, and they will be first come, first serve.
Parking may be limited, so arrive in plenty of time to walk from nearby parking on the street.
Dress in (super hero) layers as it may be cooler early during registration, and warmer by the time you've done a couple of laps around the lake.
